Orange Chi Scones
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/3 cup Butter
1 egg
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon Massala
Rind from 1/2 an orange
Juice from 1/2 orange
Bake in preheated 375 oven for 15 mins
Pumpkin Chai Scones
2 cups flour 1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin cream chai
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.

Simmer pumpkin chai in milk on low for 2 -3 min set aside. Beat egg add butter. Stain the chai mix into egg and butter. Add
rest of the ingredients.
Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead dough gently four or five times and then pat, or roll, the dough into
a circle
that is about 7 inches (18 cm) round and about 11/2 inches (3.75 cm) thick. Cut this circle in half, then cut each half into 3
pie-shaped wedges (triangles). Place the scones on the baking sheet. Make an egg wash of one well-beaten egg mixed with
1 tablespoon milk and brush the tops of the scones with this mixture.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in
the middle comes out clean.

Green Tea Cookies

1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 teaspoon match green tea
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Blend ingredients and bake in hot oven for 8 - 12 min.
