Merkaba Teas, Tingsha Bells

Tingshas are traditional ceremonial instrments made of a blend of metals similar to those used in singing bowls. One cymbal is held in each
hand and struck together to produce a beautiful, clear resonating sound that helps to calm and focus the mind. They are commonly used to
mark the beginning or end of a meditation session.

Tingshas may also be used to clear the energy present in a room by sounding the tingshas in each of the four corners. A great way to clear
negative energy when smudging is not appropriate.

Soothing and relaxing, Tingshas may be used while chanting mantras such as AH, OM or other mantras. They may also be used to
accompany other instruments.
