Lilly Blossom
Simple yet effective, brings strong notes & an aromatic palate to work for an invigorating & warming experience. An alluring mixture of Green Tea,
Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves and Ginger.

Tiny pearls, hand-rolled, leaf by leaf, made of some of the finest Chinese green tea help make up this blend. The tea leaves are specially selected for
quality, size and style. They are then rolled into tight nuggets. Gunpowder tea keeps a lot longer than other green teas and is favored because of this
characteristic.
When the tea is made the tiny pellets jingle and tinkle in the bowl or cup . Boiling water causes them to open up like flowers and sink slowly to the
bottom in graceful patterns which add a dimension of visual pleasure to tea drinking. Gunpowder is more dense than other teas so one or two
teaspoons for a teapot is all that is required.

Cinnamon is chiefly used to assist and flavor foods and drugs, being helpful in a wide variety of afflictions

Cardamom is a large perennial herb yielding seeds that is known in its own country as 'Elattari' or 'Ilachi,' while 'Cardamomum' was the name by
which some Indian spice was known in classical times. The seeds have a powerful, aromatic odor, and an agreeable, pungent, aromatic taste.

Ginger was naturalized in America after the discovery of that country by the Spaniards. Francisco de Mendosa transplanted it from the East Indies into
Spain, where Spanish-Americans cultivated it vigorously.

The finest Cloves come from Molucca and Pemba, where the trees grow better than anywhere else, but they are also imported from the East and West
Indies, Mauritius and Brazil. The most stimulating and carminative of all aromatics.

Warm and comforting, a unique blend with an interesting and distinct flavor. Takes milk well.

Monks Blend
Medium bodied and flavory with piquant Ceylon character. Blended with natural flavor oils of vanilla and grenadine, which impart a smooth and unique
heavenly flavor.

Certainly a ‘mysterious’ blend despite being a delicious mixture of grenadine and vanilla. Perhaps first created by Tibetan monks – infused with universal
life energy, this tea is a perfect all day treat; sweet and toasty with a touch of dryness and a subtle bouquet. Originally, it is believed that this blend was
developed by monks to support their life’s desires, especially the work that they did all by hand. Tea is an item that these monks considered good for the
soul. Franciscan monks used to drink this tea to keep them awake during long periods of meditation. It is fair to say that this is an ancient and harmonious
blend, as it is also used by Buddhist and Taoist monks.

Not only do they taste great, but blueberries also have a long history of use for medicinal purposes. Even today, contemporary doctors and natropaths
promote the use of blueberries for its health benefits. North America Native Americans have used various species for medicinal purposes, utilizing every
part of the plant; flowers, fruit, leaves, young shoots, bark and roots. Researchers have concluded that the most effective medicinal use for
bilberry/blueberry extract appears to be for improving micro-circulation, which in turn benefits the capillaries serving the eyes, and mucous membranes
of the digestive and pulmonary systems. Blueberries also contain measurable quantities of ellagic acid, which has been proven to inhibit chemically
induced cancer in laboratory studies.

Vietnamese tea refers to chiefly black tea tea produced within Vietnam. Vietnamese black tea has a reputation for being cheap and is often used for

characteristics to both Keemun and Yunnan teas, without as much smokiness and more sweetness.

The most common drink in a tea growing country with the highest expands of tea production and exports. The fine and pretty whole black leaves produce
a medium bodied cup with a dark golden liquor. The full round taste at a reasonable price really need not fear any competition from neighboring China.

At the dawn of the nineteenth century, the French established tea estates in Vietnam, which never produced great quantities of tea, so that by the
following century, they went into decline. Since the end of the Vietnam War, the tea estates have been revitalized and the country's tea industry is greatly
admired for its rapid development and fine teas. Today, a soft green tea called Ha Giang is a popular Vietnamese tea. With light undertones of fruit and
hints of grass, the tea has been grown and consumed for centuries in Vietnam, although it is still known elsewhere.

Shan mountain area of Xin Yang, located in the southern part of the Anhui Province, one of China's premiere green tea producing regions. Although tea

F.O.P. (Flowery Orange Pekoe) Oolong presented gracefully with the addition on orange, ginger and stevia.

Stevia has been added to this blend to provide additional sweetness. Combined with the ginger it provides a unique, almost candy like experience.

Oolong Teas also known as Wu-long tea ( the new slimming tea that helps burn fat ) are picked by hand during the spring and winter months. Oolong tea
is semi fermented which is one of the reasons it has such a unique character compared to Green Tea (unfermented) and Black Tea (fermented).

Oolong tea is not black tea, nor green tea. It falls between the two. Plucking comes later in the season producing a larger leaf than green. During
production, the leaves are left to oxidize until the edges are a golden brown. This produces a brew that is more pronounced than green with none of
black tea's astringency.

A native of tropical Asia, Ginger has been reported to be one of the best herbs to help strengthen the cardiovascular system, to cleanse the intestinal tract,
and to help relieve the discomforts of the common cold. It is said that ginger can induce sweating, so some people use it during a fever. Good for the
stomach, intestines and circulation in treating indigestion, cramps, nausea and morning sickness during pregnancy. May be used with other herbs to
enhance their effectiveness. Good with honey to treat colds and flus.

Stevia is from 10 to 30 times sweeter than sugar yet only has 1 calorie per ten leaves. A teaspoon of stevia is equal to about a cup of sugar. Used in the
treatment if diabetes and some studies show it to reduce blood glucose levels. Other popular uses include as a hypoglycemic, hypotensive (lowers blood
pressure), cardiotonic (tones, balances, strengthens the heart), ant microbial, cavity prevention and as a weight loss aid.
